On June 12, theInnovation Awards Ceremony of Shenzhen Baiqiancheng Electronic Co., Ltd. wasgrandly held at the Guangming Factory in Shenzhen. Centered on encouraging allemployees to make innovative improvements, the ceremony called on staff fromall departments to sort out workplace pain points and optimize operatingprocedures, so as to realize cost reduction and efficiency improvement throughproject innovation and process upgrading.
Two awardcategories were established in this selection: the Project Innovation Award andthe Process Innovation Award. Improvement proposals were collected from alldepartments including Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse andAdministration. All candidate solutions had to be implemented and verified withpractical data in actual production and office scenarios. Winning projectscovered production line process optimization, material management upgrading,inspection procedure simplification, equipment maintenance improvement andoffice process standardization. These practical improvements effectively cutworking hours, reduced raw material scrap loss and redundant work, loweringoperating costs and raising overall operational efficiency.
Cash prizesranging from 1000 RMB to 3000 RMB were presented to all winning individuals andteams at the ceremony. The management highly recognized the achievements ofaward-winning teams in the on-site speech, stating that innovation is notlimited to R&D. Every suggestion on workflow and process optimization putforward by frontline employees constitutes the core competitiveness of theenterprise.
