The reliability of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) directly impacts the lifespan and performance of electronic products. Among various reliability tests, high temperature & humidity, vibration, and drop tests are three critical evaluations.


1. High Temperature & Humidity Test primarily assesses PCBA's corrosion resistance and insulation performance in humid environments. Common standards include IPC-A-610 and IEC 60068-2-78, with typical test conditions of 85°C/85%RH for 500-1000 hours. Common failure modes include solder joint oxidation and insulation degradation, which can be mitigated by using conformal coatings and 


2. Vibration Test simulates mechanical vibrations during transportation or operation. Standards such as MIL-STD-810 and IEC 60068-2-64 specify test frequency ranges of 5-2000Hz. This test mainly identifies issues like solder joint cracks, with improvements achievable through enhanced structural design and adhesive reinforcement.


These three tests collectively ensure PCBA reliability under harsh environmental conditions, forming essential components of electronic product quality control. Manufacturers should select appropriate test standards and optimization solutions based on product application scenarios.
