PCBA workshop environmental management specifications

MT is surface mount technology (Surface Mount Technology) (abbreviation for SurfaceMount Technology), and is called surface mount or surface mount technology. Is currently the most popular technology and process in the electronic assembly industry.
It is a method of mounting lead-free or short-lead surface-mounted components (SMC / SMD for short, chip components in Chinese) on the surface of a printed circuit board (PCB) or on the surface of other substrates, by reflow soldering. Or dip soldering and other methods of circuit assembly.
SMT production equipment is a high-precision mechatronics equipment. The equipment and process materials have certain requirements on the environmental cleanliness, humidity, and temperature. In order to ensure the normal operation and assembly quality of the equipment, the working environment has the following requirements:
1. Load-bearing capacity, vibration and noise requirements of the factory building The bearing capacity of the factory floor should be greater than 8KN / m2
Vibration should be controlled within 70dB, and the maximum value should not exceed 80dB. Noise should be controlled within 70dBA.
2.Power
Generally, single-phase AC220 (220 ± 10%, 0 / 60Hz) and three-phase AC380 (380 ± 10%, 50 / 60Hz) are required. The power of the power supply must be more than double the power consumption.
3.Air source
The pressure of the air source can be configured according to the requirements of the equipment. The air source of the factory can be used, or the oil-free compressed air machine can be separately configured. The general pressure is greater than 7kg / cm2. Clean and dry purified air is required, so oil, dust and water treatment of compressed air is required. Use stainless steel or pressure-resistant plastic pipes for air ducts.
4.Exhaust
Exhaust fans are required for reflow and wave soldering equipment. For full hot blast stoves, the minimum flow rate of the exhaust duct is 500 cubic feet per minute (14.15m3 / min)
5. Lighting
The ideal illuminance in the factory building is 800 ~ 1200LUX, at least not less than 300LUX. When the illuminance is low, local lighting is installed in the work area such as inspection, repair, and measurement.
6.Working environment
Keep clean, hygienic, dust-free and non-corrosive gas in the factory building. The production workshop should have cleanliness control, and the cleanliness should be controlled at: 500,000.
The ambient temperature of the production workshop is 23 ± 3 ℃, which is generally 17 ~ 28 ℃, and the relative humidity is 45% ~ 70% RH. Set a suitable temperature and hygrometer according to the size of the workshop, perform regular monitoring and adjust the temperature Facilities for humidity.
